Apprentice program
Learn the craft properly — hands-on salon experience paired with structured on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced stylists. Apprenticeships are taken on as opportunities arise across our salons.
Stylist development
For qualified stylists, ongoing development in cutting, colour, extensions and finishing — building confidence, speed and a signature you're proud of.
Specialty skills
Room to deepen a focus — colour and balayage, blondes and correction, extensions or smoothing — supported by the collective experience across the group's salons.
Senior stylist
Take on a senior role behind the chair — trusted with complex work, mentoring apprentices and helping set the standard for the team around you.
