01 — The portfolio
The Salon Group is the parent company behind four independently branded hair salons across Victoria: Hair Station, Sharda Hair, Arty Hair Studio and Cutters His & Hers. Each salon trades under its own name and keeps its own identity — the group provides the leadership, systems, investment and education behind it.
We deliberately avoid the uniform-chain approach. A client visiting Sharda Hair in Pakenham and a client dropping into Hair Station in Mulgrave should have distinctly different experiences, because these are genuinely different businesses. What they share is a standard of professionalism and care — held consistent across the group, never flattened into sameness.
